Refund and Returns Policy
At S3M Herbal Solutions, we aim to provide high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
π To be eligible:
- Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof (photos/videos) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Products purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged)
3. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5β7 working days to reflect in your account
4. Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of refund
- Replacement depends on product availability
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
6. Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side β We bear the return shipping cost
- If return is requested for other reasons β Customer bears shipping cost
